If your grandkid is not over the moon when these packs hit the doormat, just reply to your order email within 60 days of delivery and we will refund the full purchase price. You do not need to ship anything back.
Reply to your order receipt email, or email packs@moneyscalingcycle.com with your order reference. We process refunds within 2 business days. The money lands back on your card within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
You can cancel a monthly or weekly subscription in one click from any email at any time. If you cancel before your next ship date, you will not be charged again. If a charge already shipped and you want it refunded, reply to the order email and we will refund the most recent charge.
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 30 days and we will reship at no charge or refund, your choice.
We cannot refund subjective opinions about which specific cards arrived. Cards are sold as a fun surprise mix, not as a guarantee of specific players or values. That said, if you are unhappy for any reason and reach out within 60 days, we will make it right.
